Steps to the beach: Enjoy a tranquil vacation in this two bedroom home with panoramic views of the ocean. When you enter the home there is a mud room which is perfect to store your beach toys, boogie boards and coolers. Walk up the stairs to find two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the second level. One bedroom features a queen size bed. The second room offers twin bunk beds and an additional twin bed. A full bathroom completes this floor. As you walk up to the third floor you realize the home was built to maximize the views. The living and dining areas feature unobstructed views of the water. There is a sleep sofa on this level for an additional guest. There is a deck on the third level with a grill and outdoor furniture.
The best views can be found from the rooftop deck which offers 360 degree views of the ocean extending to Block Island. When you arrive home from the beach, there is a fully enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water to rinse the sand from your toes. This home is a short walk to Jim's Dock where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner. Skip's dock is also a short walk where you can find some of the freshest seafood to cook.
Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee.
