Recently renovated house in the country side situated in the center of the Saguenay Lac-St-Jean Region just outside of the city of Jonquière. Located near lakefront Lac-Kenogami, it is ten minutes drive from the city, five minute drive from the public beach and fifteen minutes drive to the boat launch. Beautiful bicycle trail in the summer. Close access to Provincial skidoo trails and a LOCKABLE shed that can store at least six skidoos. Snowshoeing, cross country trails and downhill skiing is nearby.
