Summary: “I want to start by saying the staff was wonderful throughout my stay — everyone I interacted with was kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the condition of my room was extremely disappointing. It looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in quite some time. The floor was filthy, almost as if someone had been playing in a sandbox, and even after housekeeping came to mop, it still felt gritty underfoot. The refrigerator was old and pulling apart, and one of the beds looked like the comforter hadn’t been washed, so my mom and I ended up sharing one bed. The entire room felt very outdated, and the bathroom was extremely small. This trip was already stressful because I was in town for a funeral and on a tight schedule, so dealing with these issues made things even harder. I’ve never had a problem with my Hilton stays before, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. I do have photos available if needed.”
