Blue Heron Family Retreat is located just 10 minutes north of Seaside and 20 minutes south of Astoria. Grab your beach towels, some firewood, and a kite and enjoy the miles and miles of uncrowded sand and surf, perfect your swing at the Highlands 18-hole golf course, enjoy a pint at the local McMenamins Pub, head to Ecola State Park for a hike and sunset views, or pull razor clams from the local beaches at low tide.
Back at the house is an open-concept design which includes vaulted ceilings and a remodeled, fully equipped chef's kitchen, kids lounge area with TV upstairs and separate adults lounge area with TV downstairs, free WiFi and a private washer/dryer are also provided for your convenience.
Watch the sunrise or dine under the stars in the sunroom. Pop some popcorn for movie nights by the fire, take some cocktails out to the porch and enjoy the warm evening air. Then, lounge in the hot tub after you put the kids down in the bunkroom - it sleeps 6! Only one small dog (under 50 lbs) per stay — please keep it downstairs, off the furniture, and always clean up after them outside. Finally, this is a family-friendly non-smoking house, and please keep the noise level down after 9 pm to be considerate of our sweet neighbors.
