This charming 100+ year old cottage was completely updated in 2019 with all the amenities you want for your summer vacation on the water. At the end of the day, the fabulous front porch will beckon you for hours of games, conversation, and cold beverages.
Anchored by a stone fireplace, the Austrian inspired wood paneled main rooms are open concept and comfortable with plenty of seating. The dining room has a table for 6 persons and the living room has a sofa, two rocking chairs, a lounge chair and a large built in window seat.
Good Cheer has 3 bedrooms, 2 queen beds and 1 king bed. There is 1 bath on the first floor with a new subway tiled shower and a half bath on the second floor. The new kitchen is fully applianced and outfitted. Other amenities include wireless internet; air conditioning; gas grill; use of canoe; fire pit; washer and dryer; TV with streaming through Chromecast. The waterfront has a dock with boat tie-up and a small sandy bottomed swimming area, perfect young children.
