Positive: Ideal Location for visiting my 96 year old mother who lives in Madawaska

Negative: The AC wasn't working, but the local staff wasn't made aware until the day before we arrived and couldn't find someone to fix it. It was very uncomfortable during the heat wave that was happening, made sleeping impossible
