The outside patio is lovely with comfy patio sofas by the fire table. The living room has floor-to-ceiling windows to let in the wonderful sunshine. Enjoy the gorgeous kitchen with marble and tile accents, stainless steel appliances, and sleek modern cabinets. Just off the kitchen is a washer and dryer for your use.
Each of the 2 casitas has a sink, microwave, small Sub-zero refrigerator, flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The larger casita has its own fireplace and a small dining counter. The bunk room has an ensuite bathroom and TV and a lovely window seat.
Encanto is a small community of just 30 homes, so the amenities at the clubhouse are never crowded. You will often have the beautiful pool and hot tub area all to yourself. The gym has everything you need for a complete workout. Pickleball and basketball as well. All available to guests. Encanto is served by a bike path that connects to many miles of loops in St. George and Ivins.
