Summary: The black man at the front desk, I really appreciated his professionalism and work ethic l, very patient and kind guy. The rooms didn’t have heat and light for a few hours but he resetted the room and it was good again. I like the hotel, I know it’ll be unstoppable once it fully renovated. I enjoy the decorations and hope to come back - Assata
