Perfect for kayaking, SUP, fishing or enjoying the abundant birdlife. 3 minutes to downtown Portland's Old Port, restaurants, galleries, museums, micro brews. Walking distance to Mackworth Island State Park, rocky beaches, neighborhood restaurants and groceries. Relax on the deck with friends for breakfast, cocktails or dinner. Enjoy coffee from second floor deck off master bedroom. Nicely landscaped, always a cool breeze with off street parking. Built in 1915, the home has new on demand hot water system, lighting and original artwork throughout.
Recent renovations include hardwood kitchen flooring and new master bath. While new to VRBO, I have rented my home in the past and all of the guests loved their stay. Slate Pool Table, stereo, HD TV, WIFI included. Simply furnished, with two bedrooms, p living room, billiard room and two full baths. Nicely equipped kitchen with DW, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and new stainless refrigerator. Water views abound including Portland Headlight.
