Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The location was fantastic on a secluded beach with no roads in or out. Koi and the team were excellent hosts - food is fantastic and they are very helpful when needed. The accommodation is right on the beach with excellent views. It’s very rustic but suits the price. We stayed an extra night as it was so relaxing. Walking through the jungle to the road and getting scooters to explore the island was a highlight.

Negative: They advertise kayaking, but there’s actually only one kayak and it’s not in great condition. Apart from that the facilities and the buildings are quite run down but like everything around Langkawi it is just the way it is.

Summary: Lovely secluded beach with accommodation on the water and a jungle walk to explore the island on the scooter - fantastic
