Positive: Breakfast N/A. Liked the apartment and the surrounding environment. Most well stocked Mini supermarket I have come across in an Apartment complex. Security was excellent. Marina cafe strip was excellent.

Negative: Apartment Host should employ better cleaners. Kitchen was not in a clean condition. For an upmarket apartment in an affluent complex Host should visit and fix the minor issues. Ex: bedside lamps are not working. Even though we didn't make use of the kitchen, the cook top was unbelievable. The cleaner should use some Gumption and elbow grease. If renters need public transport Rapid Penang is not a good service, saying that Grab is excellent. Walk to Lotus supermarket which has everything you need from Food court to Mr. DIY and every thing in between.

Summary: In Summary had an excellent stay; will consider renting this apartment again.
