Gorgeously situated among the evergreens on a bluff overlooking Puget Sound, this light-filled, waterfront home provides a truly classic Pacific Northwest setting. It's a wonderful blend of indoor and outdoor living, with a beautifully equipped kitchen and a deck that seems to dangle at the water's edge.
As you step inside and descend the staircase, you'll be greeted by views of the sound through glass doors and floor-to-ceiling windows on the rear wall. A two-sided wood stove sits in the middle of this great room. To one side of it is a living room with plush seating and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV; to the other is a six-person dining room and the gourmet kitchen. It's a kitchen that's fit for a discerning chef, offering Bosch appliances, a Liebherr refrigerator, and a tall Sub-Zero wine fridge with ample space for your favorite bottles. Bonus features include an island that hosts the five-burner gas range and bar seats for two, a waffle maker, an air fryer, a crockpot, and atrium-style windows along one wall that allow you to load the dishwasher with a view of the surrounding greenery.
Through the sliding glass doors, you'll find seating for both lounging and dining on the deck, an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, and a stepping stone path that leads down to a high bank that overlooks the water. Back inside, there's a washer/dryer in the main-level half-bath (with a convenient laundry chute from the upstairs guest bath).
At night, you'll find all three bedrooms - including a waterfront primary suite - upstairs, as well as a full hallway bathroom and a loft-style office space.
