The cottage is located on an owner occupied plot full of apple trees and beautiful views. With ample outdoor space to enjoy every season of New England sunsets! Recently renovated with new windows and siding, this cozy spot is perfect for a year round vacation on the water! The cottage rental includes access to the fire pit and outdoor ping pong areas as well as access to seasonal kayaks and paddle boards and water access for all of your activities!
