Updated lake front home with rustic feel on Lake Oconee. The home comes with the use of a boat dock, covered outdoor kitchen, and firepit Recently renovated to include LPV flooring throughout, new chef's kitchen with custom cabinets, granite, SS appl, updated baths, shiplap walls and fireplace.
Very close to Publix and most all the restaurants. 3 minute boat ride to Sugar Creek Marina.
Two private decks (one with a cornhole set) and patio with a hammock to enjoy the breeze.
If you've had too much sun you can always stay inside and play darts, Foosball, Shuffleboard, or just sit at the bar and watch a game.
Very private lot.
Steam shower in the main bath.
Private beach with swing and plenty of room to store a boat trailer or RV.
Pet friendly!!
Huge outdoor firepit by the lake.
The yard and trash are taken care of on Thursdays.
Every once in a while the owners will be next door at the guest house. (Out of the way. Won't even see us.). HOA just notified everyone that we cant host anymore loud outside parties or groups of more than 8. Guests need to be respectful of our neighbors please.
