First Floor: The first floor features an open kitchen and dining area designed for shared meals. This level hosts the Primary Suite, featuring a queen bed and a private bathroom. A versatile second guest bedroom is also located on this floor, equipped with a day bed, trundle, and a couch.
Second Floor: The upper level is designed for privacy and comfort. It houses the third guest bedroom with a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom, as well as a spacious fourth bedroom featuring two full-size beds and its own dedicated bathroom.

LINEN PACKAGE
1st Choice Properties provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for all guests; kitchen towels and bathmats for all full bathrooms. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.

1st Choice Properties also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (1) 13gal kitchen trash bags. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.
