The Bay House is located close to popular restaurants, the historic working waterfront and the new Eastside Waterfront Park.

THE HOUSE: The recently updated cottage offers two bedrooms and a loft with 2 twin beds, one bath, WiFi, gas grill and spacious backyard in a pleasant residential neighborhood with easy walk to waterfront and downtown Boothbay Harbor. *New for 2022* This home also has a 50 amp EV charger!
First Floor: This level offers a well-equipped kitchen, and the open dining/living room area is arranged to be functional and comfortable.
Second Floor and Loft: Features two bedrooms featuring a queen bed in a spacious master bedroom and double bed in the second bedroom, and two twin beds in the loft accessed from the master bedroom. The bath with shower also has a new addition, a stacking washer and dryer.
