Positive: The owner was kind enough to let us check in earlier with a special reason. We manage to check in 2.30pm as normal time of check in is 4pm. Due to the room that we book leaking, she also change another room for us. It is good to ignore the main door password. To reduce our hassle. The owner did response but not really quick. (Still acceptable) Overall consider clean and avceptable. Just a bit flaws here and there.

Negative: Even though there is a user guide with a complete information, but because it was sent on that day and the place is big, is still very confuse. Here is a few comments Swimming pool Tower 3 - don't have Tower 1 - under maintenance Tower 3a - very small Tower 2 - security don't let us in due to we dint bring our ic. But who will bring ic to swimming? We have the residents keys with us also cannot. Some suggestion 1. The owner can sent us user guide to check in a day earlier. Take note, have to know which tower you are staying 2. Some of the security guide & cleaners is super helpful, but some security guard are not. Cause the place is very big, is hard to find the locker. There is a homestay locker (wecare), locker for tower 1, 2, 3 3. The toilet bowl and curtain got some stain 4. Our room floor's lift is very dark, no light. Suggest to repair. Overall consider clean and avceptable. Just a bit flaws here and there.
