15 min walk to Broadway --> shopping, restaurants, bars, and movie theater.
There is no shoulder unless you follow the paths through the woods and connect to Route 9. Totally do-able!

1 min drive or 7 min walk to Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC) - rock concerts, ballet, opera, classical concerts, folk music, jazz music weekend...wonderful venue! Save on parking fees and walk!
10 min drive to Ballston Spa where Antique shopping abounds. Great lunch spots. Next Door Cafe is outstanding for dinner. Stone Soup Antiques on Route 50 is incredible!!
20 min drive to Saratoga Lake and the Kayak Shack. Rent Kayaks and paddle up or down the river. Great for kids and adults alike.
15 min drive to the Saratoga Casino. Gamble on the slots, cards, roulette tables. Vapor nightclub is also here...dancing, live bands, DJs.
Lake George is a great day trip North. Outlet stores, beach, hiking, shopping, mini-golf, arcades, boat rides, ferry rides, restaurants.
