This unit is the entire lower half of a seasonal home, and offers 2 medium sized rooms, one bedroom with King Bed and designated office space with desk and large monitor, and one bonus room with kitchenette/living space includes full-size fridge, small kitchen table, & day bed which can convert to two twin size beds. dog friendly. Best suited for 1-2 adults & 1-2 small children -Hot tub and outdoor shower. 10 minute drive to the beach. 10 minute drive to downtown. Free parking. Roku tv, wifi, cable tv. This is a "long term" rental with 30 day stays or longer.
