This romantic oceanfront artsy one bedroom house on 2 levels is a true hideaway, only 12 miles from Boston. It's quiet, located completely off the street, yet you can easily stroll to beaches, restaurants and shops. Enjoy Boston's skyline, the spectacular sunrises and sunsets and breathtaking views of the ocean anywhere in the house. Chef's kitchen, private year-round outdoor spa, an indoor Jacuzzi for two, a wood burning fireplace and more. It's close enough to stroll along the beach to hear some music at a local restaurant, yet far enough not to be disturbed by it at night. Perched high on the hill, the home boasts ocean views from every window. Fully renovated custom chef's kitchen, a separate dining room, new 1.5 baths (one with a Jacuzzi), a large bedroom. Cathedral ceilings, skylights, fireplace, hardwood floors, wrap around decks and a private hot tub! Cable, wifi, washer & dryer, linens, towels, kitchen supplies, utensils, fruit, coffee, tea, water are all provided at arrival. Close to Salem, Marblehead and to the airport, you can take a train, bus and in the summer even a boat to Boston.
First floor: Full kitchen, dining room (piano), living room (fireplace, TV), bathroom (washer, dryer), wrap-around deck (hot tub, grill).
Second floor: Bedroom (queen size bed, cathedral ceiling, skylights, TV), bathroom (Jacuzzi, rain shower for two), deck.
The house is modern, secluded and romantic; perfect for a couple seeking a quiet retreat after a busy day. (It’s a romantic retreat for two; there is only one bed!) For me this house is not some get-rich-quick investment scheme. Rather, I am letting you to experience my home and I trust you will treat it with respect.
