The main level offers a large front room with new furnishings, kitchen, full bathroom, washer/dryer, dining area, a bedroom, and a large sun room with great views of the water! The second floor offers 4 bedrooms and a second bathroom. Amenities include window ac in each bedroom (and a mini split unit in the dining room), dishwasher, wifi, and cable tv.
After the beach, you can relax in the grassy backyard. A large deck offers full seating for the family, along with a gas grill nearby. The house also has an enclosed outside shower.
