Summary: I stayed at your hotel Friday night and Saturday night. I had paid for the booking through Hotels. Com itinerary #73006825827818. I was checked in and when I looked at the room I asked if he could give me a different room.He did and he put me us room 135. The heat didn't work right it just ran until you shut it off so we either roasted or we're cold. The next morning I spoke with I believe that was his name and I told him this and he said that he would move us to a different room. He did this and it was room#136. We checked out Sunday morning and thanked him for all his help but when we got home we found that we had been charged again for our stay. I have been trying to call but I get no response on any of the phone numbers that are listed. Please cancel this second billing # 407880251 because you were already paid in advance and please call me.
