This single-story cottage sits on a wooded lot about half a mile north of Ogunquit's picturesque town center. It's a wonderful home base for exploring one of the prettiest parts of Southern Maine, with the famous Marginal Way, Ogunquit Playhouse, the Ogunquit Museum of American Art, and Perkins Cove within two miles.
After a day at the beach, coming home to this cottage feels like retreating into a quiet treehouse. Windows on three sides let in sunlight and views of the woods, creating a lovely space to read on the sofa or work on a puzzle at the bistro table.
Spend sparkling afternoons sipping cold drinks on the deck, barbecuing on the gas grill, and telling stories around the fire circle once the sun goes down.
