Screened porch fully furnished. Quiet Sebago Lake neighborhood, build completed in 2024. Quick 3 minute walk to sandy beach and picnic area shared with 3 other homes.
Lots of room to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a large King loft. Living room is on the main floor and a large family room with a sectional sofa is in the lower level with a large 60-in TV Great for watching movies.

Bedroom three in lower level has two twin beds.
Bedroom four in loft has a king size bed.
Bathroom one is on main floor with a tub and shower.

The screened-in porch has chairs and a comfy couch and a table that seats eight on the other side of the porch.
