It features 3 bedrooms, including a first floor master suite with large walk-in shower and king size bed, 2nd master bedroom upstairs with queen size bed, and 3rd bedroom upstairs with four twin beds, 2.5 baths, large living room, open, light-filled family room, dining room with seating for 8, full kitchen including refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and cookware/dishware, and laundry room. The large deck and yard provide an outdoor entertainment space with a dining set and seating for 8, lounge chairs, fire pit, gas grill, game area, hammock, and outdoor shower for after those long days on the beach.

Play games in the yard, like cornhole, badminton, paddle ball, bocce, and croquet or bring one of the many beach chairs down to the Cape Cod Bay, just a short, half-mile walk down to Ellis Landing beach.
