This delightful retreat is a spacious one bedroom, garden apartment with fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom , bedroom, and full laundry room. However, the real charm is the waterside setting, especially the birdwatching and the occassional seal. With a fifty foot private beach and dock, this location has it all. Walking distance from the ferry and downtown Kingston we are
close to everything, but feels like a world away. Restaurants, Pubs,
wine bar, grocery store, movie theater, hardware store, gym, medical facilities, and everything the quaint town of Kingston has to offer is walking distance. Our new community center and library is a short work across the street. Parks, trails, public tennis, and pickle-ball, all free and close by. Hiking and mountain biking also close by. These are just a few of this unique locations’ many amenities.
Specifics: One bedroom with queen bed, living room with sleeper sofa, full sized equipped kitchen, dining area and laundry room. There is a portable TV, with blu ray, WiFi, books, puzzles, tennis rackets, binoculars and bird book.
10+ steps to our private beach and dock. We currently have 1 double and 2 single kayaks that we share with our guests, plenty of places to sit, dine and relax.
