While there's not parking on site, there's ample free street parking nearby.
The space:
This garden-level apartment is designed to feel like home. An open living-kitchen greatroom is spacious and well-lit. The queen sized bed is comfortable, and blackout curtains for the bedroom windows give the option to cocoon and rest, even during the day. The kitchen has full amenities including cooks' appliances like an instant pot and mini-prep. There is ample storage in the walk-in closet, plus your own laundry/utility space. The apartment is well insulated and quiet.
We provide a few household essentials to get your stay started comfortably. If you're here for a longer stay, you may find that you'll need to replenish some consumables. We do provide cleaning supplies, and, we are also happy to arrange a cleaning service during your stay, at cost. Our provider is excellent and uses only nontoxic supplies. Our home is directly above the apartment. It's been recently remodeled and soundproofed, but during the day you'll hear some steps, muffled voices, and occasional doggy play. If you have an unusual schedule or need quiet at specific times, just let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.
My spouse and I work from home, and are on site most of the time. I'm available by app, msg, or phone, or just knock on our front door!
