The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with a separate (seasonal) large 4th bedroom & 3rd bathroom above the Boat House garage. Other features include water views from every room, a lovely wood burning fireplace, private primary bedroom on the first floor, private stairs from lower deck to the shore, eat-in kitchen & breakfast bar, separate dining room, washer/dryer, microwave oven, coffee maker, Keurig, high-speed internet & WiFi, gas grill, and more. One of 4 homes on a private 50 acre compound that was once an old salt water farm that dates from the 1750's.
