Our cool & comfortable villa is set in a peaceful & quiet location, just off the main road in Batu Ferringhi & only 5 minutes walk to sandy Shamrock Beach. It is a good place for business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. The villa features 4-bedrooms, 5-bathrooms, living room and dining room with kitchen equipped. It offers free private parking and complimentary WiFi access.

Ocean 19 is located at a scenic hilltop , with direct unblock seaview from villa to the beautiful and shimmering blue sea at Batu Ferringhi, the famous beach area of Penang. Shamrock Beach is 5 minutes walk down the hill. It is a luxury villa for the most enjoyable and relaxing holidays in Penang.
This large villa is comfortably furnished, features a villa and is equipped to welcome up to 12-22 people.
You will enjoy living in a comfortable space.
The living room features with 4 relaxing chairs and 1 sets of 3 seater Sofa, 40 inches LED TV With Astro Njoi.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, tableware, electric kettle, stove, microwave and fridge.
The dining area with the dining table and breakfast table are big enough to serve the family.
5-bathrooms come with toiletries (body & hair shampoo, hand wash, bath & hand towels and toilet paper). Please bring your own tooth brush and toothpaste.
