Hawk's Nest is set back slightly from the street on a lush green property, where a stone pathway guides you to the front door. You are welcomed into a beautiful hall with a staircase to the second floor, the kitchen straight ahead, and a cozy formal living room to your right. The kitchen is combined with the dining area, and this contemporary space is one of the highlights of the home. It boasts a large island, tons of counter space, brand new appliances, and direct access to the expansive back deck with additional seating. This room connects through French glass doors to the sizeable TV room, where you will find stunning vaulted ceilings and beautiful windows that fill the room with natural light. The large sectional couch is a comfortable place to host movie night with the family.To top it all off, there is an enormous finished basement with a sleeper sofa, TV, laundry, and a half bathroom!
There is one bedroom on the first floor with a queen size bed. Directly across the hall is a full bathroom with a lavish stand up glass shower and oversized shower head, surrounded by bright white subway tiles.
