Contemporary, fully renovated, sunny, serene, perfect for a lazy day around the pool, working from home, cooking and entertaining, biking in the quiet neighborhood, sunset drinks and/or dinner by the water on our private community beach.
South facing 2500 square feet deck wraps around a 20x40 pool.
Our bright and airy home is tastefully decorated and located on a quiet street in the Clearwater beach community. 5 minute drive to bay and 10 minute drive to ocean beaches with easy access to Amagansett, East Hampton and Route 27 to Montauk.
The house features three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, an open living/dining space with cathedral ceilings and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with Wolf stove and Liebherr refrigerator. Two work-from-home office spaces, both overlooking the pool, have been set up with 5G internet access.
Sliding glass doors lead you to the 20x40 pool and the gigantic wood deck, perfect for early morning yoga, lounging in the sun or entertaining. The deck and outdoor furniture feature plenty of seating for dining and hosting guests, along with an outdoor shower, a pergola and a high-end propane grill.
We will leave bikes and passes to access the private beach of Clearwater where you can swim, watch the sunset, grill and dine by the water, while kids enjoy the playground.
This home is located minutes away from farm stands, the Springs market, organic coffee shops, food stores and restaurants.
