Positive: The hotel itself was great. The room was clean, comfy , great size with fantastic showers. The location was convenient for the airport, but not great for walk out. The breakfast is not very good , for a lot of money. Staff not very helpful, and felt obstructive

Negative: Our stay was a catalogue of errors. Firstly, we had booked one room for 4 people, which booking.com was explicit about and accepted, but when we arrived, we had to book another room.... fair enough. We were offered free breakfast if we booked via their website, which we did. We were given 1 key card for each room, which was not enough as tge power goes off in the room without a key ,and you have to use the key in the lift .... please give out 2 keys as standard. We were given a 2nd on request, but was a hassle The next morning we were told that the breakfast was for only 1 person ( in a double room, I think this is very off) . The staff basically said "Sorry, not sorry, you'll have yo pay) 😤 You can also book a free airport shuttle, but make sure you do this with plenty of time. By the time we tried to, the shuttle was full so we had to book for a cab. The hotel did organise this for us when our grab driver was stuck in flooding, but the bluebird driver didn't turn on the meter and then overcharged us massively. To be fair, when they couldn't book the transfer, they did waiver the 3 x breakfast costs, but they did everything they could to try not to be helpful up until that point. In short, this hotel is clean, great rooms, but I wouldn't book here again as service was really poor.

Summary: Great property, extremely disappointed in staff and issue resolution . I would not stay here again
