Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The location is superb, there are 2 cafe downstairs, so it is very easy to eat. Pretty close to attractions in Penang like Padang Kota Lama, Kapitan Macalister Road etc

Negative: Lift is unique which is not the normal lift but the hotel have stairs so if you are young and healthy, just use the stairs. TV is hard to navigate but I was fine not using it so not a major issue, as long as the room is super clean and comfy for my 2 nights stay, I am more than happy
