There are 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor and 2 on the 1st floor. The two bedrooms on the second floor have double beds and spectacular views of the Bay. These two bedrooms share a bathroom. The first floor has a waterfront bedroom with a double bed, and the 2nd bedroom has 2 double beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom in the first floor. All bathrooms are newly renovated. The living area is an open layout design with panoramic views of the bay. High end kitchen with a peninsula island and seating for 4 people. The Dining table seats 10 comfortably. Large exquisite decorated living room with a TV seating area off the living room. Beautifully decorated cozy screen in porch with a daybed for afternoon naps. Large heated pool with 4 lounge chairs and 3 umbrellas and an outdoor shower. Huge deck with comfortable seating to enjoy the views and good conversation. 100 foot bulkhead walkway with a sand area , chairs and a fire pit to enjoy roasting marshmallows, enjoy the sunset and watch the beautiful sky while watching the stars. Or just enjoy drinking coffee in the mornings and the serenity of the area. Webby Beach is just 150 feet away, just past 2 neighbors. Tanger outlets, Splish Splash Water park and Westhampton town are all within a 15/20 minute drive. Wineries are a 20-25 minute drive. Local bars and restaurants are close by. Ocean beaches are a 15 min. drive to the west (Smith Point) and to the east (Westhampton). The street borders a 263 acre park with trails.
