This two-story home enjoys wonderful seclusion on its eight-acre parcel, where it sits surrounded by woodlands at the end of its own drive. Here among the rolling hills and farms of Gorham, you'll have so much close by. Head to Sebago Lake (five miles), the world-class culinary scene of Portland (15 miles), or Sebago Lake State Park (22 miles). You can spend your days at the beach, with Scarborough Beach State Park and Higgins Beach 19 miles away (and towels, chairs, and an umbrella provided for your use).
Built in 2015, this eco-friendly home is full of little luxuries, including soaking tubs, waterfall showers, radiant heating and cooling, custom wood finishes, and a home office with two desk setups, floor-to-ceiling windows, and high-speed business class WiFi with Starlink. If you're looking to unplug instead, the office doubles as a great yoga room (with mats even provided for you).

The primary suite is on the main floor, featuring its own spa-like bathroom with a soaking tub, a two-person shower, and a view of the country landscape.
