Right by the VA Health Care System on Beacon Ave S, this is a great space to unwind and enjoy the city in our cozy and clean guest suite!
We're super excited to begin having guests stay at our clean and recently furnished guest space. We live in the separate upstairs part of the house and are excited for you to use our space as a home base for which to decompress or explore the city!
The space
This space has everything you'll need! There are 2 separate bedrooms within the downstairs apartment. The first bedroom has a brand new full-sized bed and a sleeper sofa with a pullout bed. There is a large closet to easily accommodate your belongings. This bedroom also includes a desk and a lamp.
The second bedroom has a brand new queen sized bed, spacious walk in closet, and small kitchenette.
The second bedroom also has large bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub, stand up shower, two sinks, and cabinet space.

Guest access
Guests will access this space by going around the side of the house and entering through the back door. They will receive a code for the key pad on the back door. Then walk down a small set of stairs that leads to the bedrooms!
The neighborhood
Our cozy apartment is located in The Beacon Hill neighborhood. We are less than half a mile from Jefferson Park, the sixth largest park in the city, offering incredible views of the Duwamish River, the city and the Olympic Mountains. It is the home to the Jefferson Park Golf Course, the Jefferson Community Center, Jefferson Lawn Bowling, Jefferson Skatepark and Beacon Mountain.
We are also only a mile from Columbia City. This area offers a variety of eclectic restaurants, bars, and live music!

We live upstairs and do our best to keep noise at a minimum, but you may hear some noise from time to time. We often work from home, we enjoy gardening, playing with our dog and relaxing in the yard. We abide by our posted cancellation policy. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets. We are excited to welcome you into our home and help you enjoy the beautiful city of Seattle!
