Summary: This property has everything you need for a family or couples vacation at the beach. The property is a very short walk to the beach and is about a 1 km walk to the pier. The apartment was very clean and the rooms were spacious. The bathroom was large and well equipped with plenty of towels to use for the beach and bathing. If you did run out of clean towels, you can conveniently wash them using the washer and dryer in the apartment. The kitchen and kitchen table are small but suitable for small meal preparation. There is a barbeque outside and a larger patio table available for guests to use. You can choose to eat downstairs in the restaurant or easily walk to the pier for other dining options. Coffee and muffins from the restaurant are included in the rental. The air conditioning units worked well to keep the apartment cool. The check in and check out process was extremely easy. Don was readily available, if needed, but we did not have any issues. I would rent this apartment again when returning to Old Orchard Beach.
