Spacious home in Rumbling Bald/Apple Valley with access to all amenities (Sandy Beach on Lake Lure, Indoor and Outdoor Pool, Lazy River, Putt-Putt Golf, Tennis Courts, Basketball Court, Pickleball Courts, Exercise Facility, (2) Pro Golf Courses, and Pro Shop & Restaurants. The upper level offers stepless entry, a living room, seated dining, a king bedroom with a bathroom that has a stepless shower. An adjoining queen bedroom, and an ensuite king bedroom all on the main level. There is a comfortable deck off of the main level with a gas grill and plenty of seating for visiting. We also have a rollable outdoor TV (for those sports fans and such). Enjoy overlooking the private wooded area off the deck and spot some wildlife like deer and turkeys. Downstairs are 2 additional bedrooms, (1) queen and (1) 2 twin beds. There is also a playroom with a twin bed and a single twin bunk bed. This house features a large recreation room on the lower level with an 82” TV, arcade basketball, air hockey, Pac-Man and Simpsons video games. There is also corn hole outside of the lower level and a firepit area. This beautiful resort home has 6 bedrooms, 3 baths, and can sleep 10 comfortably (occupancy is up to 14). Its open floor plan and 2 levels make it convenient for a group and equally nice for families traveling together. There are lots of trees, and nature abounds with this lovely property. You'll find plenty of outside deck and patio spaces to enjoy the outdoors. Please Note *** There are 8 guests passes for the Rumbling Bald amenities. Additional passes will need to purchased if needed. The cost per extra pass is $10 a day per person. 12 years + requires a pass. Please contact before arrival so extra passes can be ordered. (Non-members/No Guest Passes for Rumbling Bald) are allowed to eat at restaurants, go to salon, spa, and play golf at the resort. (These are open to the public.) Chimney Rock State Park is a short drive about 24 minutes from the from the house.
