Our unit is located on the second floor and boasts a beautiful view of the lake with a well- manicured large yard for games and activities for the whole family to enjoy. The premises is equipped with a large fire pit facing the lake, with plenty of wood for all to enjoy! Just sit back and relax and enjoy the view. Our lake front has a gradual decline into deeper water, so it is great for beginner swimmers, and wonderful for relaxing in a beach chair in the water. There is a swim out dock available for guests, as well as Kayaks to enjoy exploring beautiful Lake Winnisquam. Inside you will enjoy a large fully equipped kitchen to prepare your meals with ease during your vacation. If you prefer to eat out, we are just a 3-minute walk to The Lobster Connection and the infamous Winnisquam Country Store, Winnisquam Country Creamery. We are also directly located across the street from Margarets Kitchen, which is known for their great breakfast! If you are looking for a fun activity, we are also a 3-minute walk to Pirate's Cove mini- golf. We are about a 5-8 minute drive to the Tilton Outlets if you are looking to shop! We are 15-20 min ride to Weirs Beach, Bank of America NH Pavilion, and the World's largest Arcade! If you are looking for outdoor activities, we are close to Gunstock, many hiking trails and the rail trail!!
