Positive: Clean, specious room with basic amenities like water dispenser & shared ironing board in the common area on each floor. It’s situated at an excellent location with lots of amenities & eateries nearby.

Negative: The mattress was a bit hard, the birds were quite a nuisance, lots of them flocking the area in the evening & poop onto our parked car. As early as 5 am lots of birds were heard chirping non stop & disrupting our sleep.

Summary: Overall it’s quite an OK stay minus the birds.
