In deep and very private lot, with very mature grounds and beautiful trees. Comfortable yet elegant. Just renovated.
On Halsey Lane, close to all the Hampton towns, shops, activities, and restaurants. The ocean beaches are just a few minutes away by car or 10 minutes bike ride. Walk to Citarella or the Village of Bridgehampton. Horseback riding facilities are a stone throw away.
The main house has an inviting foyer; a large living area with comfortable sofas; a dining area that can accommodate 10; a fully equipped kitchen; a spacious family room with 65" TV; a junior master bedroom with ensuite bathroom; a powder room. Upstairs there are a play room with TV; a master and two guest bedrooms, all with queen size beds (one can be changed to two twin size beds); a shared guest bathroom and a large, luxurious master bath (en-suite). All bedrooms have large closets and dressers. A front porch and a large and private rear deck with outdoor kitchen. The house was recently renovated and tastefully furnished with a mix of classic modern pieces and antiques. Completely equipped with high-end linens, beach towels, china set for twelve, etc.
The detached and completely renovated poolhouse has a double height living room, a large bedroom with queen size bed and two day-beds, and a full bathroom.
Enjoy a few laps in the 42 foot brand new gunite pool (heated, salt water system), then relax and sunbathe in the very private garden. Enjoy the sunset on the front porch or entertain guests or family al fresco on the large rear deck (dining table that seats 12 comfortably).
