Positive: Nice looking apartment unit (inside only) and staff very accommodative

Negative: 1) Aircond (inverter) unit malfunction in the 2nd room resulting in ncomfortable staying in the room. The 1st room also uncomfortable, no aircond and noisy ceiling fan. Master bedroom was good, very comfortable. If owner repaired the aircond and ceiling fan in the 2nd n 1st room, things will be perfect. 2) no wardrobe in the 2nd room, even no place to hang clothes. Wud be comfortable if place to hang cloth provided. 3) not Value for money coz price i have to pay was not as per my expectation.
