You will never want to leave this property, the views will take your breath away. To make things even better, this property has deeded access to a private association beach (right near Pleasant St. Beach) that is just a 1/10 of a mile away. The back of the house is covered with windows-- you won't miss any of the salt marsh and Nantucket Sound water views. The salt marsh brings in all kinds of birds for you to watch and enjoy as well. You will be enticed by the expansive, sun-soaked deck; sit back and relax at the comfortable table with umbrella, cooking at your leisure on the gas grill and of course taking in those water views.
Inside, you'll find the kitchen is light and bright. It has been updated with granite counter tops, a center island with breakfast bar, a small dining table and all new appliances. Step into the living/dining area and enjoy the cute seating and relaxation spaces. The dining table faces the water; have dinner with a view. Comfortable furnishings face a flat screen cable television and gas fireplace and further seating surrounds a table, a great spot for reading or playing a board game.
Off of the living room on the right side of the house there are three bedrooms: one with a Queen bed which faces the water and has access to the deck aong with private bath with tub and shower, the other two bedrooms each have two Twin beds side by side. These two bedrooms have access to an updated bath with new tiling. Off of the kitchen on the left side of the house is the master bedroom with a King size bed, and slider to a deck for those that enjoy the Cape Cod salty air. The master also enjoys cable television, and a private bath with separate tub and shower. The fifth bedroom is another plus for this property. It has it's own separate entrance into the lower level of the house, just below the deck, and boasts a private bath, three twin beds, and a table for puzzles or games.
You won't need your car to enjoy the serenity of beautiful Nantucket Sound sandy beaches with it moderate waves and warm waters. Grab your chairs and towels and head to the beach just around the corner. The property also offers central air conditioning throughout the main part of the house and a ductless wall unit for the lower level bedroom, wireless internet, two televisions with expanded cable, first floor laundry and a large enclosed outdoor shower.
