Fun in the sun with this family-friendly beach condo. It feels like one home as there is only one other condo in the building. It is one of the few that have a garage for storage of car, bikes, boogie boards, etc. The garage is 2 car but fits ONLY one large vehicle. This condo is spacious (about 1600 square feet), very light, well maintained with newer furniture and bedding. The top floor with family room, kitchen and 2 decks are where the families will enjoy total privacy and views throughout the beach area. The waves of the Pacific Ocean can be seen from the decks. The large bedrooms and 2 baths are on the second floor for the late sleepers! This condo has a lot of stairs but since it is primarily located on the 2nd and 3rd floor, it creates a lot of privacy. We have it totally furnished with all toys for both adults and children. (DVD players, DVD movies, toys, boogie boards, 4 bikes, beach chairs & towels. HIGH SPEED WIFI and WIRELESS PRINTER are also provided. For the little ones, we have a pack n play, strap on high chair and an umbrella stroller.
