Positive: Without knowing the place, we decided on this place. At first glance, we thought it was well-located, but what we didn't expect was to be so comfortable, so happy, and so well looked after. It's an incredible place; you feel right at home. They're a very nice, attentive, and caring family. They also cook delicious food! The room we had couldn't have been better; everything we needed, with beautiful views, a very large and comfortable bed, a large bathroom, a fan, plenty of power outlets, clean... in short, a great room! And the restaurant was perfect—pretty, cozy, and always good food! It also has its own art gallery with paintings and works by the Eriono family and other colleagues. Oh! And good, quiet, not too loud music. In short, for us, it was the perfect place. We hope to return to Bukit Lawang and stay with you! Thank you for everything, Eriono family!
