Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The cleanliness of the room, the layout of room interior & the comfortable bed. The view was nice. Able to see planes landing. The host was professional, prompt in replying & apologetic about the leaky shower knob.

Negative: The constant high traffic at Kota Warisan area. The bathroom doesn't have a floor towel, the shower knob was leaking & spraying at my face during shower. The toilet cover has shoe markings, probably overlooked by the cleaners. The fridge produces knocking noise every few minutes & I had to use ear plugs to sleep. The bright lights from the corridor shined thru the laminated window, had to use eye mask to sleep.

Summary: My stay was good & comfortable. Once you enter, you are in your own sanctuary. Home away from home.
