Positive: This hotel is under new management, A real diamond. Excellent location close to the airport. Perfect for travelers who have very early flights to catch. There is "Gojek" ride share (like Uber, and very easy to download) driver on standby who can get you to the airport, or Mandalika beach, Mataram city, Senggigi beach, and the ferry/fast boat terminals or any otherplace in Lombok. The restaurants are good, however, in house dining options are a little limited.

Negative: The staff are not always familiar with English. They use Google Translations if they need to, but very friendly, polite, and will fiix any problem.

Summary: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
