Nearly in the middle between the Newport & Huntington Pier! Roughly 20 minutes to Disney or Knotts Berry Farm and within an hour to Universal Studios/Hollywood/Santa Monica.
Interior has been completely remodeled as well as the backyard with brand new pool and landscaping and 8x8 top of the line Hot Springs Spa and entertainment area under cover with articulating big screen so you can watch movies while in the hot tub!
Perfect for entertaining, the kitchen is open to the dining and living with French doors opening onto rear patio facing the pool. Master bedroom with King Bed and En-Suite bath on main level, detached flex/office/gym space off the kitchen (with heat and air) with double sliders opening onto the pool area. Upstairs you will find an oversized second bedroom with a huge closet and one queen bed with queen futon as well as two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a full size bed, all with televisions and ceiling fans.
This dreamy house will sleep 10 adults and offers three full bathrooms as well as a new full size washer and dryer, new Heat Pump/AC, gas fireplace and is simply perfect for making year around memories!
