Summary: The staff were amazing and the room was very nice. I took two stars off because there was a very loud humming noise all night long and we couldn’t leave the window open because it was so loud (maybe the freeway but it was REALLY noisy), and also when I showered, I lost hot water intermittently throughout. Seemed like when another room turned their hot water on, mine went cold. Not a pleasant experience. Finally, the ice machine on our floor (3rd), wasn’t turned on when we arrived so we had to go to the second floor to get ice. I called the front desk and they said they would have an engineer take care of it, but it still wasn’t fixed the next morning so I once again had to travel to the second floor for ice.
