Family room features cathedral ceiling with skylights and wood burning fireplace, beautiful windows and glass doors leading onto generous deck and yard beyond. Flowing, open floor plan has two first floor living areas with lots of space and direct access to outside deck.
New custom kitchen with Wolf Cooktop and Shaws Original farm sink is a chef's delight. Dining room is a wonderful place to entertain with table that seats 8 and original built-in china cabinet. Wide board pine plank floors throughout.
Second floor features three bedrooms; master with queen bed, two twins and one double bed. Upstairs living room looks down on family room below, the perfect place to curl up with a good book on a quiet afternoon. Futon offers additional sleeping option.
